Curve Finance’s CEO Has the Largest Lending Position in DeFi
Kaiko stated that Curve Finance’s CEO’s latest CRV deposit was done to protect him from liquidation. The blockchain intelligence firm noted that the CEO has 200 million CRV backing a 60 million USDT loan. Their report also suggested that there may not be enough liquidity to back the CEO’s position if it gets liquidated. Last week, some observers raised concerns about a large lending and borrowing position on Aave, totaling about $200mn $CRV and $60mn $USDT. But how concerned should we really be?
